Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Customers may request order cancellation before the order is shipped.
  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer support immediately with your order details.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Cancellation After Shipment

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • Customers may choose to return the product following our Return Policy, subject to applicable conditions.

Return Policy

We offer a return and exchange facility within 7 days from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Size mismatch for footwear products

Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. But if have warranty, then return date will be count with remaining warranty date.

Exchange Policy

  • Size exchange is allowed subject to stock availability (or Full Refund without Delivery Charge)
  • Exchange requests will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected
  • Customers may need to bear delivery charges for exchanges unless the issue is from our side

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable only if the return is approved after inspection
  • Refunds are processed for prepaid orders only

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 7 to 10 working days after approval

Cash on Delivery orders are not eligible for direct refunds. In such cases, exchanges or store credit may be offered.

Delivery Charge Policy for Returns

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • If the return is due to our mistake, StyleGen will bear the return delivery cost

  • Products purchased during promotional or discounted campaigns may have limited return or exchange options
  • StyleGen reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions
